In November 2019, I began collecting anonymous stories about motherhood.The Momologue Collective is a digital archive of authentic stories, a sanctified platform for connection. It is a social practice that has become a living reference library for my creative practice.
CREATIVE PRACTICE
My social practice informs my creative practice with agitation and vigor. My visual, playwriting, and performance work explores the ironic intersections, socially hushed [dis]comforts, and the agency among Mothers as the creators we are.
